A favorite among the Emergent team is the 3,200-square-foot Spindrift. No other design better reflects the capabilities of an Emergent home as compared to conventional construction. The printed garden walls, as well as the overall shape of the floor plan, are entirely curved. This home would be cost-prohibitive to build conventionally. However, our homes incorporate curves more easily than conventional construction. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath floor plan features a separate guest room and a beautiful exterior courtyard in the center of the home.
